Appearance requirements

5.2.1 The surface of curtain board, guide rail, Lintel, roller and other parts is not allowed to have cracks, craters, and obvious concave-convex, hammer marks, burrs, holes and other defects.

5.2.2 Relative motion in cutting, bending, punching and other processing must clean burr.

5.2.3 No dislocations are allowed in the assembly and splicing of components or parts.

5.2.4 The weld should be firm, smooth appearance, do not allow slag inclusion, leakage welding and other phenomena.

5.2.5 Parts of the exposed surface, must be rust-proof treatment, its coating, coating should be uniform, there should be no peeling phenomenon.

5.2.6 All fasteners must be tight and not allowed to loose phenomenon.

Ex-factory inspection

7.1.1 The test items were 5.2,5.4,5.5,5.6.1,5.6.3,5.7.2,5.7.4.

7.1.2 If any item in the ex-factory inspection is not up to standard, it is allowed to adjust, repair and redo the inspection until the requirements of the profile are met.

7.1.3 Inspection according to GB2828, using general inspection level II, qualified quality level 6.5, a normal sampling inspection program.

7.1.4 Steel fire roller shutter must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the factory according to the factory inspection items one by one, and issued a certificate before leaving the factory.

Type inspection of steel fire roller shutter

7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases.

a.The trial-formulation appraisal of new products or products when they are transferred to other factories for production;

b.After formal production, the structure of the product, materials, production processes, key processes, such as processing methods have changed, may affect the product performance or four years after formal production;

c.Products stopped production for more than one year, when the resumption of production;

d.When there is a big difference between the results of ex-factory inspection and the last type inspection;

e.In the event of a major quality accident;

f.When requested by the quality supervision agency.

7.2.2 Inspection quantity.

    Taking a sample from the same batch of products of each fire-resistant grade that passed the factory inspection, the inspection items shall be all the technical contents of Chapter 5, such as all the inspection items that pass, if the fire resistance test fails, the batch of products shall be disqualified; if there is another disqualification, double sampling shall be carried out to recheck the disqualification, in addition to the first inspection of the unqualified samples, the products were found to be qualified. If one of them still has unqualified items, the products were found to be unqualified.
