1. Layout and Positioning‌
Use a laser level and theodolite to measure and mark the layout, ensuring the axis is parallel or perpendicular to the main structure of the building, with a centerline deviation of less than 1–2 mm.

‌2. Upper Hanger Installation‌

• Inspect the quality of threaded rods and metal expansion tubes. Drill holes to the depth specified by the manufacturer and clear out dust and debris.
• Position the hangers according to the design drawings, ensuring the centerline aligns with the components. After passing inspection, apply anti-rust paint.

‌3. Glass Installation and Positioning‌

• Inspect the glass quality, mark the center position, and install electric vacuum lifters for positioning.
• Manually or electrically lift the glass, align it slowly, and lower it carefully to avoid collisions. Secure it with adjusting screws and check the verticality.

‌4. Sealant Application‌

• Clean the sealing area, apply masking tape, and inject sealant simultaneously on both sides. The sealant joint should be 2 mm wide and 3.5–4.5 mm thick.

‌5. Surface Cleaning and Handover‌

• Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the glass, inspect the sealant joints, and organize construction records and handover documents.
